Tyler and I purchased our very first tractor today. Its a John Deere 455. It has a 22hp diesel engine and a 60" mowing deck. It is a lot of fun to drive. Thanks to the power steering, I was even able to drive it with my sprained wrist. Tyler took a turn on the flat portion of the yard. Unfortunately, the bumps in the yard aggrivated his back too much and he could only ride it for a few minutes. I didn't last much longer.

It really sucks that we finally get a mower and we're both too badly broken to enjoy it. Oh well, at least we were finally able to find one.
