The good news... we're finally approved for a construction loan. The bad news... we're not approved as builders. End result, we can't use our construction loan unless we can hire a General Contractor for $0 who is willing to accept 100% liability. Know of any good candidates? I didn't think so.

So, Tyler and I started scouring the web again. Tyler even placed a call to his uncle who knows some bankers in Eastern Iowa. That is how desperate we have become. As it stands now, we're waiting till Monday to hear from Tyler's Uncle's banker and from an on-line owner/builder financing company aptly named Owner/Builder Finances.
