Teamwork Makes the Fence

In June, I had started working on fencing off the SW corner of the property for another paddock. I was working on the section of fence between the machine shed and corn crib. The corner posts were in along with all but two of the t-posts and the woven wire was up and stretched. Then, I was struck by a truck. And, the fence has sat there, half finished, ever since.

Tyler was busy working on the house and there just wasn't any extra time to finish up the section. So, it sat there for 3 months driving me crazy everytime I looked at it.

Then, Leah took pity on me last weekend and gave me a helping hand. She drove in the last two t-posts and then helped me clip the wire to the posts. I'd get the clips started on one side of the fence and she'd pull them thru and wrap them around the other side with the pliers.

Now, the fence is up and looking great! I just need to get another section of fence in between the corn crib and the line fence. Then, the SW paddock will be ready.
