Well, another loan application will be on its way to underwriting tomorrow. I spoke with Carlene at IndyMac. She said that the title commitement had come in and that she'd submit the loan application while we're waiting on the appraisal.

So, if all goes well and the appraisal comes in high enough... we should hear back from underwriting by the end of the week. And, if that goes thru, we could very well close on the loan by Thursday of next week!

So, keep your fingers crossed...
