I thought it was about time that I update everyone on the current state of renovations. Currently, all renovations have been limited to the second floor. These renovations include:

• All demolition work has been completed.
• Rough framing of walls between rooms has been completed.
• All electrical runs have been made to the basement.
• Master Bathroom electrical rough-ins have been completed.
• Shared Bathroom electrical rough-ins have been completed.
• Master Closet/Laundry electrical rough-ins have been completed
• Foyer electrical rough-ins have been completed.
• New roof installed.
• New vent stack run.

The following renovations still need to be completed before inspections:

• Electrical rough-ins need to be completed.
  • SE Bedroom
  • SW Bedroom
• HVAC layout and installation
• Plumbing
• Install ladder to attic.
• Install windows.

Once that work is completed and the inspections are over, Tyler and I can have the insulation installed. Then, it's time for drywall!
