After staying up till 2:00am, we got kind of a slow start to the day. We were pretty tired, so we decided to start the day off by doing a little shopping. Since we still needed the light fixtures for the second, we went down to Creative Expressions in Coralville. This is our favorite lighting store since they always give us our 30% contractor discount with no questions asked. A couple hours later, we had spent enough on lighting fixtures that the contractor discount saved us enough to pay for the granite counter top in the guest bathroom.

With our wallets a little lighter and our tummies full of caffeine, we returned to working on the house and got the following stuff done:
