And by throne I mean toilet... but I wasn't going to put "toilet' in a headline.

Tyler and I got the toilet and vanity installed today. After Tyler got the toilet into place, we carried the vanity upstairs. Tyler then carried the granite counter top up and we put it into place - after a very long discussion about the best position. I was worried that the blue pearl granite wasn't going to look good against the blue we had picked for the walls. But, once it went in it seemed as if the blue on the wall made the lighter tones in the granite stand out even more. So, we both really like the color combination.

We were even able to find a bargain on some shower curtains for the shower. Since we needed two curtains, it was a double bonus. Lowe's had some shower curtains on clearance. We were able to find two curtains that complimented the color of the travertine tile. The price? Just a mere $7.50 per curtain. That was quite a bit lower than the original price of $30 per curtain.
